Archangel Raphael
 Archangel Raphael is the archangel that supervises healers and healing.
Raphael means "God Heals."
 Except for situations where the person’s death or illness is part of their overall Divine plan, Archangel Raphael will energetically supply whatever is needed to promote healing.

 

Healing Meditation with Archangel Raphael

Have your ANGEL ATTUNED CRYSTAL in your hand.

 Sit comfortably where you will not be disturbed. Begin by grounding and centring yourself. Close your eyes and imagine roots growing from your feet into Mother Earth.

Relax and let go all stress and tension in your physical body, breathe in through your nose, hold it for a few seconds, and release it very slowly through your mouth breathing out all stress and tension.

Ask God/dess to send down a beam of protective white light. Visualise a beam of light coming down from the universe. Watch it surround you in a protective glow.
Bring your attention to your body. Move your attention from the tip of your toes to the top of your head and decide what in your physical body you want help with healing.
 Or you can ask Raphael for help with any kind of pain, whether it is physical, emotional romantic, intellectual or spiritual. For example he can help to promote healing in rocky marriages, addiction, grief and loss, family relationships and stressful lifestyles.
Give yourself a few moments now to decide. Now, make as clear a connection or image with the issue as you can and keep your attention on it as we proceed.
 For example if it is a physical problem focus on that part of your body and keep your attention there. Relax.

We now call on Archangel Raphael,

"Archangel Raphael please come to me and assist me in my healing now.
 Please come to my side and help me feel better about the issue I am bringing to you now. Surround me (or my client/friend) in your healing energy and guide my actions and thoughts so that I am healed."
  I also invite in my Guardian Angels and Spirit Guides.
"Guardian Angels and Spirit Guides, please join Archangel Raphael in my healing session."

Place your ANGEL ATTUNED CRYSTAL on your Solar Plexus to act as a magnifier so that you can pick up Archangel Raphael’s messages and energy much more easily.
In your mind’s eye, picture Raphael standing over you with his hands outstretched over your head. See his healing energy as a green light flowing from his hands moving down into your mind, your third eye, heart and solar plexus. Relax and feel the energy. 

Let the healing energy flow through you, opening you to Archangel Raphael’s curative energy and preparing you on all levels to accept the healing. He may somehow inspire you with ideas and thoughts giving you just the right information to help the healing. Be open to receiving the information as it can come in many ways. Relax and remain open and receptive. A thought may simply pop into your head, you may get a feeling in your body, or see an image in your minds eye such as a symbol or maybe get a flash of inspiration. It is important to really let go now, no expectations, simply trust and allow Archangel Raphael to connect with you.

If it is a physical issue picture Raphael's hands over the areas and feel and see the green light flowing through his hands to your injury or area of illness or blockage. If it is any other kind of issue, emotional, mental etc again picture Raphael's hands over the image you have created of it and feel and see the green light flowing through his hands to the issue concerned. Simply allow the healing to take place, all you need do is relax and observe.  He will not always swoop in and heal everything right away. He could let you know that your negative thoughts have created this illness and to get rid of it, you must change your thinking. Hand over any old anger, fear, resentment etc to him for cleansing in the light. When this is gone, you will feel much more at peace and the effects of these negative emotions in your body can be healed. Take all the time you need. Now it is time to come back into this room.
Thank Archangel Raphael and ask him to protect you from negative thoughts and emotions that manifest into health problems. Also thank your Angels and Spirit Guides for assisting in the healing.

Bring your awareness to the roots from your feet going down into Mother Earth. Feel the strong connection and how safe you feel. When your ready open your eyes and come back into the room.
